Books I’m Looking Forward to Reading in 2014 {Book Blogger Hop}

The Book Blogger Hop is a weekly meme hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. Every week, Billy posts a new prompt for us and today’s is:

What books are you looking forward to reading in 2014?

I decided to include any of the books I’m looking forward to reading next year, not just those being published in 2014. Unfortunately, that opened up the list to a ton more books that could be included, so I had an even harder time narrowing it down! Thanks goodness this isn’t a Top 10 list, because I don’t think I could have stuck with only 10. Here they are, in no particular order (except just this once, number 1 really is number 1!):

the warrior infinityglass breathe

isla and the happily ever after tiger's curse hopeless storm

fractured gone flesh & boone the fault in our stars

obsidian the treatment through the ever night empower

the probability of miracles pandemonium these broken stars

  1. I need the Treatment!! Desperately lol And I’m really looking forward to Isla and the Happy Ever After

    • I can’t wait to read The Treatment, and see how the gang gets on after the program.

      It seem like we’ve been waiting for Isla forever, doesn’t it?

  2. Yes! I hope you get to read Brigid Kemmerer’s books ASAP. I’m one book behind, but I love her characters. Obsidian was a lot of fun, even though I usually shy away from alien books. I wasn’t a fan of Tiger’s Curse, but I seem to be in the minority on that one! And TFiOS is Amaaaaaaazing. I hope you get to read all of these soon! :)

    • I’ve heard Kemmerer’s book are full of swoon, and I’m all about the swoon!

      I’m kind of scared of TFiOS, I’m afraid it will make me cry my eyes out, and I just don’t know if I can handle that amount of sad…

    • Thanks! I do plan to read every single one of these this year. I’m not always great with my bookish goals, but this one is a must-do for me.

    • It really did fly by, didn’t it? I can’t believe 2014 is almost here and some of these books were on my “To Read in 2013″ list back in 2012! #ReaderFail.

  3. The Fault in Our Stars was a great read. I had to only pick 5 because the list is just soo long. I really want to read only books I currently own and nothing new to the 2014 list.
    Love your picks! :)

  4. Like you, I have a large number of books I’m looking forward to reading in 2014 — many of them have been in my TBR stacks for quite a while. I think I shouldn’t read other people’s blogs because they make me aware of books which weren’t even on my radar to begin with. It’s just to easy to add more and more to my wishlist and/or TBR stack.
